Q: How do i get you my art work/design?
A: We accept high-res JPGS(300dpi or higher), PDS, PDF, EPS and AI files. Please make art work to scale, or specify approximate size.

Q: Will you print on shirts i provide?
A: Yes, but please inquire for alternate pricing.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, Credit Cards and eChecks through Paypal, CASH or Money Orders. Local orders require at least 50% in advance – out of town orders 100% in advance.

Q: What is your turn around time?
A: Generally 7 - 10 days, upon receipt of payment and art work.

Q: I live in Chicago, can i pick up my order?
A: Yes. Also, if you are a band on tour and are playing in Chicago, pick-up and drop-off can be arranged.

Q: Do you have stock designs?
A: No. But we can design a shirt for you. Pricing of this service depends on design complexity. Please inquire. See our portfolio page for design samples.

Q: What if there is a misprint or mistake in the art work I notice after the shirts are printed?
A: We are NOT responsible for mistakes in art work YOU PROVIDE US. We expect that you have triple checked everything before you send it. Sorry.
