This Privacy Policy describes how and when BlackHolePress/BlackHolePressShop (“I”, “me”, “my”) collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item from BlackHolePress/BlackHolePressShop (https://www.etsy.com/shop/BlackHolePressShop), contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.
You agree that by purchasing an item or items from BlackHolePress/BlackHolePressShop or otherwise interacting with BlackHolePress/BlackHolePressShop, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Privacy Policy. Information I Collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information from time to time if you contact me directly.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I collect, use and share your information in several legally-permissible ways, including:
- As needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide you with customer support;

Information Sharing and Disclosure
Protecting my customers’ personal information is crucially important to my business and something I take very seriously. For these reasons, I share your personal information only for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- With Etsy. I share your information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use;
- With Third-Party Service Providers. I engage the following trusted third parties to perform functions and provider services to my shop:
- PirateShip.com - A postal service provider
- USPS.com - The United States Postal Service - shipping service and address verification services
- UPS.com - The United Parcel Service - shipping service
- FexEx.com - Federal Express - shipping service
- Shipsurance.com - Package insurance provider
- Google Analytics - Analytics tools & solutions
I share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services;

SERVICE POLICY
BlackHolePress/BlackHolePressShop has the right to refuse service according to Etsy's cancellation policies - https://www.etsy.com/legal/policy/cancellation-policy/253925018785. If payment has been made, buyer will be refunded via the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to appear in your account.
SHIPPING POLICY
BlackHolePress/BlackHolePressShop ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.blackholepress.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. Returns
- Due to the custom and personalized nature of products sold in our Etsy shop, we cannot offer refunds or returns due to change of mind.
- Items damaged upon receipt may be subject to refund or replacement provided the buyer takes pictures and sends them to us via the Etsy Message Center to start a claim process. Returns and refunds will not be processed until the claim investigation has been completed by the courier. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
- Once returns are received and accepted:
- Refunds (minus any shipping costs) will be processed as soon as possible. Please watch for a refund on your original payment method in 3-5 business days after refund has been approved;
- Replacement items (if stock is available) will be re-made and shipped out within 14 business days.
BlackHolePress/BlackHolePressShop will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days
4.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 1-6 weeks. This varies greatly depending on the courier selected, general shipping times, holidays, and busy shopping seasons. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout, however, refunds will not be given for missed delivery dates.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched between 2 and 5 business days after orders are received.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
BlackHolePress/BlackHolePressShop will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us via the Etsy message center. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us via the Etsy message center with next steps.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax, VAT, GST, and other Taxes
Sales tax, VAT, GST, and other similar taxes are typically calculated during checkout, provided they meet thresholds as defined by each receiving country. Payments over certain thresholds may not collect tax, in which the buyer will be responsible for paying outside of Etsy.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and BlackHolePress/BlackHolePressShop encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to BlackHolePress/BlackHolePressShop at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of any shipping charges.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations 1 hour after order has been placed. Cancellations will not be accepted after this time period has passed due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of our products.
9. Insurance
All packages shipped by us are insured via either the courier's included insurance program or via Shipsurance, a third-party package insurance provider.
9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
